This costume is a basic medieval dress made from cotton broadcloth, paired with a cape made from a stretch polyester imitation velvet fabric. The dress closes with hand-bound eyelets down the centre front of the dress, which is hidden by a placket. Velvet ribbon trim is sewn a few inches above the hem to hide where fabric was added to lengthen the dress. Worn underneath the dress is a short linen shift with a simple drawstring around the neckline.
