I needed a regency dress for a dance I was going to. I wanted something that could be easily washed in the washing machine so I chose a dark blue cotton broadcloth. To make it a tiny bit fancier I added beaded embroidery that I salvaged from a dress I found at the op shop. I also made a matching deep blue vest (reversible with black striped fabric on the opposite side) for the Boi.
